Gallatin/Yellowstone Zip Guide Since 2013
Joey has a degree in Organismal Biology & Ecology from Montana State University. In the winter she travels around the world working with endangered animals and moonlighting as a waitress at local restaurants. This chick gets around by working at both our Yellowstone and Gallatin Location.
Fun Fact: She has been punched by a Kangaroo.

Haley Zetterberg
Gallatin Zip Guide Since 2014
Haley is studying nursing at Montana State University. When she is not competing for the “best looking in a harness” during the summer, she is volunteering in Nicaragua. She is a brilliant beauty with a contagious smile and to top it off she is even a “burrito specialist” at a local taco joint in the winter!
Fun Fact: She has won “best looking in a harness” every time for the last 3 years.

Jacob is a go-getter, who never stops before he reaches the top! He spends his winters skiing and at MSU studying Exercise Science…maybe. Showing wisdom beyond his years, this young man will swoon your daughters, enchant Grandma and talk fishing with Dad. An all around charmer!

Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, Charlie ditched the city life to live in the mountains. Studying business at Snow Mass College in Utah, Chuckles likes to hike, ski. and climb. Just make sure to watch your food around him, he has a habit of inhaling anything edible in the area!

Want to hear some really cheesy jokes? Patrick is your guy. We were lucky enough to snag him in 2014 and he is the only “twinger” (ginger + twin) the company has ever employed. Skiing, rock climbing, reading and drinking tea pass the time of this funny dude!

Gardiner Guide since 2015

This Florida native has a degree in Liberal Studies from Brevard College in North Carolina. He enjoys fishing by himself in Gardiner in the Summer and working hard as a liftie at Big Sky in the Winter. He moved to Bozeman after a failed attempt for the lead role in Home Alone 6.
Fun Fact: His favorite book is Knot Crazy, tricks for tying practical knows.

Xander has a degree in Psychology from Montana State University. This zany guy from New Orleans enjoys rock climbing and hosting huge family dinners for all his friends. His favorite movie is Back to the Future and 3 years ago he was super into Space Jam.
Fun Fact: He loves bird watching and long walks on the river bank.

Bill Zell
Fearless Leader since 1992
Bill is the owner of Montana Whitewater Rafting Company. Before starting it in 1992, he worked at Xerox, IBM, Credit Suisse and NOLS. He speaks Spanish, French, German, Chinese and some Mongolian. He is an accomplished open boat canoeist, guitar player and storyteller. He loves to make people laugh.

Katie Pidgeon
Yellowstone ZipLine's General Manager since 2010
Katie has a degree in Recreation Management: Nature-based Tourism from the University of Montana. She has managed a challenge course in Missoula and started zip line guiding at a course in Southeast Alaska. She plays at Bridger Bowl in the winter, enjoys camping anytime of year and dreams of someday being a river tubing guide!

Emily Zerbel
Gallatin Office Staff since 2009, Guide since 2012
Emily is spunky, quick-witted and full of energy. She probably answered all your questions when you made a reservation and may even be your guide! She almost has an Engineering degree from MSU (and “almost” has been in that sentence for 4 years now…) and loves hiking, football and visiting her grandparents.
