Fly across the Gallatin River, then paddle down it for a great day of adventure and fun! The Gallatin River Zip & Dip is definitely a customer favorite! – The Classic ZipLine tour is a great introduction to zip lining, with 3 zips and 3 adventure bridges. You will begin by ascending to a tree platform 50 ft in the air, where you will take a leap into the unknown on the first zip. Our second zip line, deemed “The Wiley Wire of the Wild West,” will take you soaring over 800ft across the Gallatin River. Then, strike a pose and show us your zipping style on zip 3, “Grandma’s House,” as you fly over the river and through the woods! Weight limit 260 lbs. – The Super Zipline tour lines will build in length throughout the tour, so the thrills never stop. Adventurous other elements are mixed in to make this tour dynamic. The bridge deemed “Bill’s Revenge” will test your balance as you step from swaying swing to swing, then, monkey up and climb the cargo net (optional). Finish the tour with two zips soaring across the Gallatin River! Weight limit 260 lbs – The rafting portion is approx. 3 hours, with about 2 on the water depending on water levels. The Gallatin River is a technical river that runs through a scenic, rocky canyon. It has fun rapids and is the most challenging commercial rafting available in the Yellowstone Area. We run two main sections of the river, catering to a more or less challenging experience. Start your day with the Yellowstone Full Day Raft Trip (Class 1-3+). Spend the morning paddling the “Gardiner Town Stretch” and float further downstream into beautiful Paradise Valley. Stop on the riverside and enjoy an all you can eat smorgasbord lunch. Riverside Lunch: Deli meats, cheeses, veggies, hoagies, cookies, chips, and water or sodas. We happily accommodate dietary restrictions, just let us know. Your afternoon will be well spent floating the scenic and rapid filled Yankee Jim Canyon – the most beautiful section of the Yellowstone River! This stretch of river offers scenic vistas, the opportunity to view wildlife, big fun splashes, and some flat water in between for relaxed floating and swimming! Usually 6-10 people per raft. No charge for wetsuit, river shoes and splash gear rental! Once you return to our Gardiner office, change into dry clothes and gear up for the Zip EcoTour! The EcoTour Zip offers long lines and gorgeous views of the Ranch and surrounding mountains. You will fly down a mountainside on 3 zips and 2 adventure elements. Gaze at the gorgeous pristine vistas, listen to the gurgling stream, and watch for wildlife on this rare Montana adventure. Weight Limit 260 lbs and only two children under 70 lbs. permitted per tour.  Your  Half Day Yellowstone River Raft Dip can be scheduled on the same or different days as your ZipLine EcoTour Tour. Our Half Day Paradise Raft Trip begins on the northern border of Yellowstone Park, right where the Gardiner River converges with the mighty Yellowstone River. This trip is fun for the whole family with class 1-3 rapids! Ride the waves at Man-Eater Hole, Boonie’s Revenge and Sleeping Giant! Take in the breathtaking view of Devils Slide. Float through some flat water stretches that are great for swimming and relaxing. This trip is great for first time rafters or family groups with wide age and ability ranges. Boats usually accommodate 8-12 people depending on size and group demands.
